Well, technically, engraving is actually a term from when we actually cut an image into a hard, flat surface to make a print. Now, we set everything in a software program and hit “print.” I use Finale notation software.
My first engraving job was in the 90s for Integrity Music doing the songbooks they published for their Worship CDs. Since then, I have engraved music books for several of the major music publishers.
